Conveniently located one block off Pioneer Trail with all amenities and easy access during the winter.

Upstairs is the great room, which features large windows for viewing the natural beauty that Tahoe has to offer, vaulted ceilings, mountain-style furnishings, and a rock fireplace. A large modern kitchen features an island cooktop/eating area. The great room also includes a dining area for your family and guests.

The upper deck, where the hot tub is located, is a lovely place to unwind and barbecue on the easy-to-use gas Weber.

The beautifully decorated master bedroom is a luxurious place to relax, which includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, and master bath with jetted tub and large shower. You will also find an additional bedroom, full bath, and laundry room upstairs.

A custom log stairway, one of the focal points of the home, takes you down to the game room. Shoot a game of pool while watching your favorite sporting event on the TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with double sinks located downstairs.

The downstairs deck, located off the game room, helps bring the outdoors in. Relax on the deck while watching the kids run and play on the grass or in the snow in the fenced backyard.

A cozy and clean beauiful cabin in a very convenient and quiet location. We went there for our friends reunion and decided to do it again at the same cabin once per year.

Perfect weekend getaway

Our family has been staying at VRBO homes for the last 4 years in Tahoe twice a year. This was our favorite home by far. The home was more amazing in person than the photos. Excellent location, very clean, and just an overall perfect weekend getaway for the family! We enjoyed every minute of our trip in this home!

Great Home with lots of Room

The house was about 7 miles away from the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe . It has a good size fenced in backyard for the kids to play in. The hot tub and pool table was great to use in the evening. All the bedrooms had plenty of room to spread out. The house has 3 full double sink bathrooms which made getting ready in the morning easy and the same at bedtime. We were Very happy with the rental of this home.

Amazing overall

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the house was. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring their guests had a comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we could need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms. But the highlight of our stay was the hot tub. After a long day of skiing and playing in the snow, it was incredibly comforting to soak in the warm water and relax our tired muscles. Overall, our family trip was made even more amazing thanks to our stay in the VRBO rental. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option for their next vacation.

Tahoe South South Cabin- strict noise ordinance!! Not great for groups

Home was spacious and clean. The location is a 15min drive to any public beach. Well stocked with items and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. There are very strict noise ordinances in S. Lake Tahoe which does not allow for evening hot tub use or any outdoor enjoyment in the yard or balcony with your group after 10pm. With teenage boys, I spent more time worry about them staying quiet after 10pm than enjoying the property. I would not rent in this area again due to the strict noise guidelines. It would be nice to enjoy patio night chats, game nights and evening hot tub relaxing but with more than 2 people I fear that you might not be in compliance. . Great area for older people or those with very young children.. tweets and teens aren't great at following the 10pm quiet hour, not a great fit..LOL !! Also the 8am landscaping crew that was mowing and weed whacking the property was a very unpleasant way to be woken up!!

Great big beautiful cabin. I’ve been renting cabins in Tahoe for 25 years. Some good some bad. There were a few things I was displeased with this cabin. Front door handle falling off. Couple Stairs to second floor loose. Dryer worked intermittently. Had to goto laundromat. Deck was covered in pine needles and pollen. Hot tub dirty. Bunch Windows missing screens and needed to open windows to cool house. Not enough towels for 8 guests. Not enough trash bags. Pool table dirty something spilled on it. Couple leaky faucets in bathrooms. Cobwebs on ceiling family room. When you are paying what it costs to stay at place like this everything should be dialed.

New Year Trip

The house is layed out well for families to spend time together in the big living room and kitchen and then have some privacy with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The gas fireplace is great and we played many games at the table.

August Trip

We booked this property for 10 people and had a fun weekend but there were some issues. The house is VERY understocked. People ran out of toilet paper the first day with no extra provided beyond the one roll in the bathroom. This was also the case with paper towels. There were absolutely no extra towels or linens in the house. Needless to say we had to restock quite a bit and were surprised this was not thought of before. Additionally, one of the beds (the futon) was broken and we were not informed of this until the hour of check in. The host offered to have someone come by to fix it but by then we were headed out for dinner. People had to sleep on the living room couches. Ultimately, it was a nice house but did not seem prepared to host the number of people indicated on the listing. The numerous notes about sound ordinances and police fees (posted in approx 4 different spots throughout the house) were also concerning considering the 10 person count for sleeping arrangements. The porch doors also had trouble locking at night - sometimes the locks seemed to work where folks from outside couldn't come in, other times they were able to enter despite being locked.

Perfect for family

Wish we were still there, we all had an amazing time in this home. Kids enjoyed the backyard and fun bunkbeds, the location was perfectly close to everything. We loved it so much we are renting it next year.
