The property was complete in every way possible from location to utensils and pans for cooking. The unit was complete with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, electronic door locks for our party to enter and exit without passing keys, beach items including a wonderful back pack cooler, the pool and grill were so nice to relax around, the beach is a one block walk and kitchen was complete for cooking. We enjoyed ourselves at the beach with included access to chairs and umbrella provided by a third party vendor allowing us to carry our cooler and towels. It was a short walk to 7-11 and other bars and restaurants at Riviera Beach. The dishwasher and laundry facilities were a nice touch and used by us for our week long stay. Check in and check out were easy as could be and we would definitely stay again if we are at Singer Island again.
