Very nice house all to ourselves. Quiet neighborhood to walk and relax in. Close to everything in Glenwood Springs but far enough to have a peaceful stay. We would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10 rating, James’ quick responses to messages were very much appreciated.

James’ home is in a beautiful location backing up to a red huge cliff. Karen says it has very good hot water. There’s more than enough space for the seven of us who stayed here when it sleeps 12 and most importantly James was extremely responsive when we needed help operating technology.

Perfect for our family vacation, we had a great time with our kids and grandkids. This house is close to town and all of the attractions with plenty of parking and room for everyone. The air conditioning is excellent!

nice, clean property. upstairs is the perfect size for 5 people. at the time i booked the property, i think someone was living downstairs. but when we arrived, downstairs was vacant so the entire house is quite large.the host replied quickly to my messages.

Perfect location for our quick family trip to Glenwood Springs. The house was in a quiet location but close to all the activities we had planned. Very nice house in an OK location

The house has just about everything you may need during a vacation stay. It’s located about 10 minutes drive from Glenwood Springs and 50 minutes from Aspen.
