Cozy living room, Spacious Family room, Full kitchen, New furniture, office room within the basement, 1 car garage, newly installed wrap-around deck, and a separate gazebo with wooden fire pit.

Foscoe House

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room for the younger adults to spread out into the extra living room area. We had a small hiccup when the lights in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen stopped working. The owner tried to get someone to fix it but it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend so we were out of luck. We just put lamps in the bathrooms when we needed to use them. All of the outlets still worked as did the stove and refrigerator so we were able to make do. I would recommend this as a place to stay. Very convenient to Boone, Valle Cruis, and not that far (30 minutes) to Beech and Sugar Mountain if you wanted to ski.
