Customer Service was really good. Although, we left a camara behind and it was not found ....The house was very old, the downstairs bathroom leaked during our entire stay, and we were expected to not throw toilet paper in the toilet. The house smelled like sewer constantly. The furniture and kitchen items were old and quite used up. The outdoor space was unkept. We have stayed in other homes in Costa Rica and this rental was very low quality in comparison.

Amazing stay, stunning views

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The outdoor space and pool area were amazing and we really enjoyed spending time there. You can’t beat the sunset views here. Great location, close to del coco and playa hermosa, both were great spots for swimming with quiet beaches. The kitchen in the house is well equipped and the house was very clean. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing the house was equipped with everything we needed. The view is amazing of the sunset and sunrise. We took amazing pictures. The house is beautiful. My family enjoyed the location. We will definitely return and would love to stay in this house. We rented a van but everything was super close from beaches and the airport couple minute drive. Beautiful House with Stunning View!

A beautiful, clean and big house with a stunning view. We were 7 people, ranging from 9 to 82 years old and we all loved it. The pool was great to cool down after swimming at playa hermosa. Everything is very close, shopping, beach and restaurants. Great location. The house is very clean and it has everything you need. Coffee machine, air fryer, pots and pans. We loved it!!!

Comfortable, clean and great place to cook.

We stayed here with three people using three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. Check in easy. We enjoyed the cleanliness and all the appliances for cooking. It has everything you need. The Bluetooth speakers and outdoor grill were a bonus. Too hot in afternoon to hang out in patio or by the pool. We use the steep paved road directly from the house to get to town and back. But walking not a good plan. Use a car.

Nice but not as advertised

This house was large and very nice, would accomadate a large group nicely. The house needs a deep clean throughout as it seems to just get surface cleaned regularly. We couldn't use the lounge chairs by the pool as they were extremely dirty and gross. Outside maintenance seems to be minimal. Couldn't use the wood burning oven, no wood available anywhere. Large tub in master bath has been painted and peeling inside, would not recommend using. You are a fair distance from the beach, walking is not really an option unless you are extremely fit as it is a very steep long hill you have to take, and in the heat, I couldn't even imagine how you would feel by the time you made it back up to the house. An extremely fit person would find it difficult. Bed was comfortable, water cooler was very nice, a/c worked nicely.

That said, we apologize for the lounge chairs by the pool needing some attention. Our local manager noted that recent road construction has kicked up some dust and they will request a deep clean of the chairs. They will also address having the bathtub repainted and we appreciate your feedback. To clarify, our online listing describes the home as being near the beach and a breakdown of how far the drive is to nearby beaches is noted under the Explore the Area section. We’re sorry for any aspect of the proximity of our home to the beach that did not match your expectations.
