Fabulous

Clean, spacious. Very nice clean pool. Location was great, short walk to the beach. Great communication, answers prompt and very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Indian Rocks

Property manager was excellent, space was clean. Smoke detectors need to be replaced. Great place with short walk to the beach and everything you need.

Beach Getaway

We had such an amazing time we added an additional day. Beautiful property. Our unit was so clean and had every single thing you could possibly need. The beach was right across the street and they provided nice beach chairs and wagons. The pool was immaculate and we really loved the artwork painted on the property by a local, very pretty. The beds and bedding were so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. We enjoyed our stay and hope everyone else does too! Oh and everything was walking distance too. Perfect place for our beach getaway

Problem with neighbor underneath

This man was rude and disrespected us about noise. Even though they had about 5 or 6 dogs barking all the time.

It’s amazing peoples perspective. It’s amazing peoples accountability. There are absolutely no parties on my properties. That means that you’re not gonna have crazy loud events at 2 o’clock in the morning Interestingly enough, she spoke about dogs There were two dogs in the downstairs unit and rarely barked. It’s unfortunate, very difficult to be a host because the hostess always wrong I try my best to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. But again everyone has to respect each other. Even the next building over was complaining about the noise from this unit until 2 o’clock in the morning. Finally icing on the cake, I was very specific that we do not turn on the pool heater until December! They were very rude and went ahead and turned it on on their own with absolutely no authorization to do so They’re welcome to find somewhere else to go party because they will never party. Never come back to my units.
