About this property

This one of a kind, unique home has a style all its own with artistic landscaping & Joshua Trees in the front and backyard. The large open living room and master bedroom has double doors which opens up to the backyard patio with a BBQ grill, lounge area and TV where you can relax and enjoy the family cookout.

The property is located 10 minutes from Joshua Tree Visitor Center, 9 min to Pioneer town and 35 min to Palm Springs. There are also restaurants and bars within walking distance.

You will have access to the entire home with 2 beds and 2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The bedrooms have queen sized beds and there is a full sized futon in the living room. Feel extra clean using the amazing bidet style toilets in both bathrooms!

This mid century home has modern designs and has smart home features with a Nest thermostat and Amazon Echo speakers in main areas. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room brings in a lot of natural lighting to the home and provides the perfect indoor outdoor living space with French doors that opens up to the backyard. You will have outdoor dining, a patio where you can relax and watch tv, a mini putting green, a propane BBQ grill and fireplace. The shaded areas in the fenced in backyard will allow you to enjoy the heat away from the sun and will allow you to enjoy cooler weathers as well!

You will have the entire property to yourself. Guests will be checking in via electronic keypad with a custom code and can arrive anytime after 3pm. We will provide access instructions as well as local tips and recommendations prior to your stay.

Nice Place

Very clean. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms are nice. The kitchen had everything I needed. The backyard is very lovely with great morning sun. It's a very convenient location for restaurants and shops. No problem checking in or out.

Great house

The only problem. The location to a main street. The noise from the street, when we are outside was distracting. The outside TV was a great ideal. We were very close to town and Joshua Tree National Park. Everything else was amazing. We like our pasta and would have love to have a pasta strainer and a few more utensils.

We both enjoy exploring the outdoors and enjoy activities such as the beach, biking and hiking. We also enjoy making home cooked meals.
