Amazing!!!!

The house was beautiful and clean and easy to get to from the airport. The pool and views were amazing!!! Very close to all restaurants and grocery store! We would definitely book the house again!! Was a wonderful holiday!

Property had stunning ocean views from all around the home. Could use a little updating as far as furniture and bathroom rugs definitely not clean. Other than that , was a very nice stay. Also , the use of Pacifico beach club was not in the area. Had to drive about 10 minutes.

Beautiful home with a beautiful pool and spectacular view. Wonderful welcome from Alex. Kitchen utensils, appliances, and dishes could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Incredible House in Pacifico

We had an awesome time at Little Dubai, Lot 102. The house has amazing views!!! The lot is one of the larger lots in Pacifico and has a ton of privacy and a lot of beautiful landscaping. Sort of a private oasis.....Very comfortable living/TV area as well with nice leather chairs and sofa. The pool was great as well. As noted from a previous renter, they need to add cushions to the outdoor wooden lounge chairs. Couldn't really use them without the cushions. This should be an easy fix. No closet in Master bedroom for hanging clothes. Not a big deal but just something to be noted. Fabrizio, the house manager, was super helpful and such a nice person. Great communications with him. Hope to see Fabrizio on future visits. Bottom-line, we'd gladly rent this house again on a future trip.

Great house, good location

Little Dubai is a very nice home a 5 minute drive from Coco Beach. We spent most of our time at the house on the back patio by the pool, which has a nice variety of seating. However, none of the patio seating is very comfortable, particularly the areas where you can fit all 6 people. There were quite a few expectations that were not met: One of the toilets ran continuously the first night. They did send a plumber the next day to fix this. There is a door from the kitchen to the patio that was locked. We asked the manager if he could get a key, he said he would check and never got back to us. The electric went out a number of times for just a quick minute. When it came back on, the alarm would beep every 10 seconds. It took the manager 12 hours (of annoying alarm beeping) to get back to us. If this happens to you, just press #1 and it will stop. There were no hand towels and washcloths. There were personal items of the owners in one of the closets. There was no closet in the master bedroom. If they fix these kinds of things (and the patio furniture), it could easily be a 5 star rental!
