This is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows short term rentals; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. The door to the unit has an electronic code for entry. We will supply you with all of this information.
