We’re glad to hear there was plenty of room and that the space worked well for your stay, but I’m really sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with the fireplace and cleanliness. You should be able to arrive and simply enjoy the fireplace, not have to worry about the pilot being lit. We’ve passed this along to our maintenance team so they can verify the pilot is properly lit and that the unit is functioning smoothly before each new arrival. Your note about needing a dirt/dust clean is also very important to us. A fresh, thoroughly cleaned space is a basic expectation, and I apologize that we fell short. We’re reviewing this with housekeeping and scheduling a more detailed deep clean of the condo, including high-touch and easy-to-miss areas, to make sure the home feels as clean as it should for future guests.
