- Master Bedroom with 1 KING sized memory foam mattress, ensuite bath with a 2-sink vanity and walk-in shower.
- Secondary Bedroom has a 1 QUEEN bed, en-suite bath also featuring a shower/tub combo.
- Laundry Room
- Note: Queen blow up mattress available.

- Parking: Room for 1 car in the garage, parking in near mailboxes or on street. Please adhere auto all street/CITY signs/restrictions.
- Keyless entry. Your code/instructions will be sent prior to your arrival by one of team members.

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- No Smoking. There is a $150 fee for not abiding by this rule

- Early check-in / Late check-out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best, and there may be an additional charge.
- Any guests must be pre-approved by the host.
