Our stay in Rick‘s condo was absolutely fantastic! The view of the sound from the screened porch was beautiful. The pool was in excellent condition and a short walk to the beach. We could walk to Publix right across the street as well as drugstores and shops and restaurants. We had our bikes with us and we were able to ride the length of the island which was very enjoyable. We even had the pleasure of meeting Rick while we were there and would definitely like to come back again.

The property was lovely,... clean, spacious and easy to find,...Nicely decorated, with an outstanding view,...the owner was amazingly helpful, supportive, and there immediately for every question we had,... would stay there again in a heartbeat or a new york minute, which ever came first. .

Lovely view. Nice spacious condo. Could use some upgrades. Owner responded quickly to failed A/C issue. Overall we were happy.

Long Term

Great location. Just a walk to almost everything! (Publix, Walgreens, etc) Rode bikes most of the time due to traffic. Awesome view! Just a quick walk across the street to public access. Condo accommodations for 2 adults & 2 children.
