About the host
Hosted by Nick Motz

We (Nick & Mary Beth) operate several short-term rentals, as well as many traditional rentals in the Cincinnati area. We also have spearheaded bringing this once-blighted area, back to life over the last decade. We love seeing the positive changes and growth - and we are sure you will too!
Why they chose this property
The East End has a rich history of ship-building in the 1800's. This area was a fully builtout neighborhood, with homes, groceries, butchers, laudromats, bars and restaurants in the late 1800s and into the mid 1900s. After decades of decline, the neighborhood is seeing a HUGE resurgence and coming back to life!
What makes this property unique
This particular building was like many in this area. The 1st floor spaces were local, family-run businesses, and the owners lived above each unit - classid live/work scenario!
