This 5 Bed, 2 Bath Canal Front Home is situated in Breezeswept Beach Estates, a quiet friendly neighborhood on Ramrod Key. Accommodations to sleep up to 10 people with ease. Whether it's a fishing trip, family vacation, or a couples tropical retreat this home is ideal for any occasion. This Oversized lot includes an above ground pool, 45' wooden boat dock, private outdoor shower, and multiple vehicle/boat trailer parking. Downstairs provides a drive through two-car garage. The dining room opens up to the screened in lanai to protect you from the elements while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with family and friends. Featuring a Lavish Buttonwood Tree with Gorgeous hanging Orchid blooms, exemplary for any cookout dining near the grill or enjoying the Wonderful Keys weather while swimming in the private pool.

Blossom into Vacation at The Orchid House!

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. Excessive bills will be deducted from your security deposit. When booking, please confirm with the Property Manager whether you wish to pay the Refundable Security Deposit in full or purchase Damage Waiver Insurance for $55 while getting a discounted Security Deposit of $100. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.

All reservations subject to final approval from the local Property Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Property Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Property Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
Rates for the year: January-December $7500 a month.
