Quiet, within-residential-neighborhood single level house fantastic for visiting researcher, visiting hospital professional, or any one to four individuals (one king bed, one queen bed) needing a well-appointed space for a short-term, peaceful, or extended stay.
Comfortable, stylish living room with flat screen tv, wifi, seating, shelves, coffee table.
One king bedroom with closet and bureau, one queen bedroom with closet, bureau, and desk.
Full bathroom featuring walk-in tile shower with on-demand hot water (won’t run out of hot water!). In-bathroom washer/dryer.
Kitchen with open dining room with seating for six, large windows for sunny view of backyard. Dishwasher, microwave, keurig, french press, bean grinder, drip pot, electric hot water pot — use your choice to make your coffee!
Private backyard good for bird watching.
Driveway for single vehicle off-street parking.
Be aware there is NO basement and NO garage access. These spaces are locked off for owner storage.
