Great Place to Stay

We Stayed April 21-25, 2025. We had a great stay. Pros and Cons1 Very safe. (Fenced and Gated condo and parking)2 Very clean3 Great location, close to shops and about 300 feet to beach and ocean.4 Family atmosphere (NO DRUNKS OR HOMELESS)5 Communication was Great! Everything was as described and No Surprises!6 Great value.Cons1 I'm 62 years old; the shops were a little bit too far for me to walk to. However younger people had no problem. We drove to the shops with easy to get to and plenty of parking. This would be a great place for a E-bike.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again. Thanks, Chrys and David for a wonderful vacation.Darrell

European type condo near the beach

This one bedroom condo, is a small condo very close to the beach. About a two minute walk to get onto the sand.The owners were great. They communicated quickly and accurately. The condo itself is very small. It says you can sleep four and while technically that’s accurate, I cannot imagine four people staying there.The condo has a pool, which was not available to us during our stay as they were redoing tiles around the pool. The condo is close by to numerous restaurants, evening activities were plentiful lots of live music and most venues close fairly early.

Absolute steal!

Chrys and David’s condo is an absolute steal for HHI. Super close to lots of restaurants and fun. The location is I think as perfect as you can get. My only complaint is that I wish we could’ve stayed longer. They are excellent hosts and responded quick when I had a problem. I would recommend them or their property to anyone.

EZ beach access

We spent quite a bit of time on the beach as well as some early mornings and a couple of evenings to view the super moon. Our hosts, as promised, were available to handle any issues and I’m wondering if they even arranged for the beautiful weather we experienced! 😃

Perfect and AFFORDABLE location!!

My fiance and I stayed at this location for 6 total days. Couldn’t have asked for anything better location wise and for the price of it. The beach is a 100 yard walk, good view of ocean from condo, and you’re 5-10 min walk to the Coligny plaza. Any questions I had Chrys or David were quick to respond and assist. Already have it book marked for when we can come back down. Don’t think twice before booking this location!

Just what we needed. Beach, bike rides and fantastic seafood dinners in the Low Country. The condo was in the perfect location and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio before heading out to the beach. We will be back!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were very prompt in communicating...we stayed for 2 weeks. This unit has everything we needed for our stay. Loved the balcony with ocean view...beach is very close. Would definitely stay again in future.

Location to beach and walk to restaurants is excellent. We have stayed a few times near this location and this was by far the best and most convenient place we have stayed in.

Great location

The location of the property was great. It was central to everything, including just a block away from bike rentals. We were able to bike pretty much everywhere all weekend because of the location. Beach was gorgeous and property was clean! David and Chrys were friendly and in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy!

Cute and cozy, easy access to parking lot, pool and beach. Food and shops within walking distance. I was afraid it might be noisy with the location of the bedroom (when you first walk in) but it was a quiet community!

Hilton Head vacation

Such a great location with the beach right there, easy walk to shops and restaurants. We had so much fun exploring Hilton Head for the first time. We got engaged at the beach during sunset during our stay! Will definitely be back!

Awesome experience for our one night stay!

We needed a quick place to stay in Hilton Head for one night as we were heading to Clemson for a college tour the next day. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg, I wanted to stay on the beach, and wanted a private bedroom. This place happened to have one night open between other guests staying there. I got lucky! Place was just what I wanted. It was clean, price was right for an on-the-beach stay, great view of ocean from balcony, and only a few steps to the beach, tourist shops and food. Hosts were great with getting back to me with the few questions I had. Felt very welcomed. I would definately book here again.

Nice condo with a spectacular view!!!!

This condo has everything you need, and the view from the balcony is awesome!!!! The Condo was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location is walkable to the popular Coligny Beach area. Chrys and David were very responsive, and great to work with. Highly recommend!!!! John and Anna
