It boasts an awesome Ocean view from the balcony and living room! You are just a minute from the beach! This condo also offers a KING size bed along with 2 bunk beds ladder and bunk rails provided!) .The furniture, bedding, artwork, flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, lamps, mattresses, paint....everything is newer! The kitchen has all newer appliances, dishes, a DUO Keurig, cookware, everything you need. The remodeled bathroom has a full size tub and shower and great lighting. New TALL toilet. There is extra storage as well! The condo is located near Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, Celebration Park, bike trails, and of course steps to the Beach! Seaside Villas offers a nice picnic and BBQ area, a newer private outdoor shower area, very nice sundeck near the ocean and a Swing! Seaside Villas has many covered parking spots, an elevator and luggage carts to aid in loading and unloading! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 07280
