4th back from ocean front. Brand new gorgeous flooring throughout, 3/24. Beautifully decorated, ocean view villa just steps to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shops and bars. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bath. Queen sleeper sofa. Beach chairs and bikes are provided. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Recently updated condo with LVP flooring and full standing shower. Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room and bedroom. Modern fully equipped kitchen with anything you may need to cool meals. Bedroom has brand new king VERY COMFORTABLE mattress set.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

We stayed for two nights during the RBC Heritage. The location was very convenient with great views and access to the beach. The unit was very clean and had a good kitchen area. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! So close to Coligny and Starbucks. Loved having bikes to ride around the island. The condition of the beach was just wonderful for walking. Our bathroom was a bit small but doable.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We walked to and from shops and restaurants via the beach. The condo’s beach access to the Coligny Beach access where the shops and restaurants were was less than 1/2 a mile, making it an easy and beautiful walk.

We had a great getaway to Serenity By The Sea! The locations can’t be beat. Just steps to the ocean and an easy walk (or bike ride) to Coligny for plenty of dining and shopping options.
