The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The dining room is beautifully furnished and spacious, and the kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances.

Also included - free parking, high speed wifi, washer and dryer and a TV in every bedroom.

Please note - this vacation rental is a detached home that is located behind another home on a single property. The parking spaces are shared by both units.

Along with ample parking and high-speed internet, the unit also features a washer and dryer for your traveling convenience.

This property is located in the heart of Miami, right next door to the famous Barry University, and close to the I-95 expressway. The area is very vibrant and diverse, with a mix of college students and families of all ethnic backgrounds.

Getting around is easiest with a car, but there are buses that go regularly up and down NE 2nd Ave, which is just a few steps from the home.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is self-check-in, so you won't meet me there unless you want to, but I'm available any time you may need me.

The property was for the most part as advertised, it is showing some age, small things detract from it's overall presentation. It's a good savings over several rooms at a hotel that we were going to need prior to our cruise.

The check-in was easy with code , the only problem is one of the bedding was really dirty and disgusting, huge big stain looks like old blood , called host, she told me they will never leave something like that, i send her pictures, she said is our makeup, we are group of senior we dont do makeup, because the flight was delayed we arrived midnight, we left very early, how we can make big mass on the bedding, and if you look at picture the stain on the bedding are very old, how the host can blame it on us. We are not happy with the host will not stay this property again.
