About this property

Located in Trendy Neighborhood with Both Desert and Mountain Views

A very peaceful residence, with 1250 square feet of living space and a double garage. The southwestern decor and open floor plan provides a restful escape, in a desert setting. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The dining room table is expanded to seat 8 guests comfortably. The outdoor patio is off the living room, and is east facing. The mountain & desert views are beautiful at sunset!
It's a great place to relax in a quiet solitude, but large enough to enjoy family and friends.

The home includes a full size W/D, within the double car garage. The Santa Rita Recreation Center is with in close proximity (~1 block).

There are two separate suites. The Master Suite has a king bed, armoire, TV, and walk in closet. The bathroom has a sky light with a walk in shower.
The Guest Suite located on the opposite side of the home, has two twin beds and a large closet. The guest bath has alot of natural light from the skylight, with a pedestal sink, tub and shower.


Amenities: Bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen are fully furnished. Included are all linens & gourmet kitchen items. There is a full size washer & dryer, a landline telephone, Wifi, cable TV and nicely landscaped yard.

Activities: The owner is a member of the GVR. The Santa Rita Recreation Center is located across the street, giving access to an olympic size pool, hot tub, dance studio, gym with exercise equipment, clay studio, computer & photography labs.

There are many classes and activities offered at the eleven different recreation centers. Access to the Green Valley Recreation Association, facilities and activities available at a minimal charge to the tenant.

Adjoining "The Springs" subdivision is, The Torres Blancas Golf Course with a Club House. There is an onsite one mile exclusive hiking and biking trail. Madera Canyon & the artsy community of Tubac are a short distance away.

Well maintained. Great location and views!

We used the Santa Rita recreation Center daily. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The shopping center is approximately a 10 minute drive. There is a hospital ~5 minute drive. We loved the "open space" private walking path with the nice views of the golf course. The Golf course surrounds the subdivision. We will be returning to stay at this lovely property again

The mountain view is incredible and the area has so much to offer. This roomy home is 2 blocks from the pool, craft studios, and gathering areas. The patio is great for quiet leisure and the living area is excellent for sharing with guests. Folks are friendly and welcoming and Green Valley has a wide range of classes and activities. These are just a few of the reasons we keep coming back!

I FOUND THE PROPERTY TO BE IN EXCELLANT CONDITION. THE VIEW FROM THE PATIO WAS BEAUTIFUL

Upon entering the property I immediately could tell that it had been kept in top condition. The living room, dining room and kitchen had an open feeling and would be comfortable to entertain and enjoy. Everything sparkled. The carpet was clean, the cupboards included all the necessary cooking items one would need to have. The backyard faced the open space and all the cactus and birds made for a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio and gaze at either the sunset or sunrise. The SantaRita mountains make for spectacular scenery. The decor throughout the house had a Southwestern feel. The master bedroom had a king size mattress with a beautiful armoire with a TV inside. A big closet and an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom was off the kitchen. It made for a great guest room. You could shut it off for privacy .The twin beds, bathroom, and closet made it a comfortable space. There was a two car garage attached to the house. The washer and dryer were located in the garage. I liked the privacy it afforded one, because of the open space, no one was backed up against the house. I liked the neighborhood. It was convenient and close enough to walk to the swimming pool and clubhouse. I found the grounds to be well kept and clean!
