Kick back and relax in this beautiful and recently remodeled space. Take a short walk to historic Hico and check out the local shops and great local foods . Fun, family friendly indoor climbing facility right down the road! Our home is a three bedroom two bath, with two living areas and a garage that is used for a game room with billiards and ping-pong! Large fenced backyard.

My husband and I have been in real estate for about 13 years. We are raising 4 beautiful and busy children and enjoy hosting people in one of our homes in Hico Tx. We love working on our little farm, being outdoors and staying busy and productive.

Why they chose this property

This gem of a house is just across the street from Eis the sandwich and drink shop and just walk across the main road to have access to all the shops and more restaurants of Hico. All a SHORT walk from the front steps. The large backyard is fenced and shaded, while the front has access to ample parking.
