Escape reality at this coastal and spacious home! Center of Fort Lauderdale - close to Beaches, Downtown, Las Olas and Wilton Manor. This 4BR/3BA house is perfect for your vacation any time of the year. This property has a huge backyard with lots of space to enjoy with your friends and family. This home is comfortable and full of natural light!



The Space:

The bed layout is as follows:

Living Room: Sofa that pulls out into a Queen



Guest Access:

You will receive a smart lock access code the day of your arrival, close to check in time!



The Neighborhood:

This is a residential neighborhood central to everything you need in Fort Lauderdale! Grocery stores and restaurants are located all along the main roads (US1 & Sunrise).



Other Things to Note:

- There is a Smart TV in each bedroom and one in the living room so you may stream through your preferred apps.

- Private backyard, fully fenced.

- Trash and Recycling are picked up Mondays and Thursdays.

- Parking space for 5 cars

- Pool is professionally cleaned every Friday

- Pool is not heated

- 2.5 miles from the beach, downtown and Las Olas!

- There are security cameras around the exterior of the property. On in front of the house and one is in the backyard of the house.

- We also have 2 other private pool homes in the same neighborhood available for rent. Message for more details!

Comfortable house

We found the property to be clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to lots of things to do in Ft. Lauderdale. We enjoyed the house; the hosts put thought into the design and the touches to make guests feel at home. When we next come to town for a fun trip we would stay here again.

Fort Lauderdale getaway

We stayed at Shari’s place for my nephew’s wedding. We are 4 married couples. The house was very comfortable with a nice pool area. The neighborhood is nothing special but that is what we expected. It was a good house to all be together for this special event but probably not ideal if you are looking for a beach vacation.

Wedding weekend

The house is exactly as pictured, it is spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There are a few minor things but nothing that would merit anything less than an overall fantastic experience. The coffee maker was a bit temperamental and the room all the way to the back had a little bit of a musty odor, but I think it’s because the door was closed and the air couldn’t circulate. Some additional outdoor lighting in the front would be good. I only recommend this because of the amount of lush landscaping someone might not see clearly and trip. Again, minor things. Thank you for making this rental experience such a smooth one!
