Family and Frienda

We had a great stay here for a long weekend! Plenty of room for 3 family with 3 separate living spaces. While the house was not immaculate it was fully stocked and cozy. Owner is very responsive to all questions and makes everything very easy! Would go back!!

The facilities were adequate and appeared as advertised. The distance to the main lodge was convenient. Entrance to the unit was a hassle! The main entrance did not accept my passcode. I had to climb a snowbank to the second floor. The passcode worked on the second floor door.The dishwasher start button requires 15 seconds depressing the button for the dishwasher to start.

Regarding the lower-level access, our lock system show both codes were successfully programmed and active for your stay. Would we had known an error may have occurred, this would have been addressed immediately. To ensure, we have since verified the keypad is fully functional. We also appreciate the mention of the dishwasher’s start sequence; while it is operating as intended, we will add a note to the guest manual to assist future visitors with the timing. Additionally, we are happy we were able to accommodate your pet, although we found out after, your stay. We hope you enjoyed your time in the area and wish you the best in your future travels.

Our car was damaged by snow falling off the roof of this property

The house is fine. We were told to park in the driveway, where snow and ice from the roof caused thousands of dollars in damage to our car. Neither the hosts or VRBO have addressed the damamge.

Perfect for my large Family

Lynda and I have many kids and grandkids......this was a great Christmas weekend away for all......6 bedrooms met all our needs, lots of beds Everything was there for us........plenty of space to relax, gather, make meals, stay warm......heat is every room was cozy then add the wood stove to add to the enjoyment. Little kids loved the available board games, adults and teens loved the fast wifi and great tvs..... Waterpark was great on Friday and skiing/snowboarding on Saturday was awesome.......Parking lot at Jay full on Saturday but we were so close, we could shuttle back and forth easily.......Snow plowing was great each day so no issues with all 6 cars we brought. Driveway was ample for all. Host was great
