Cleaning needs to be done!

Location is great, beds were comfortable. Vents, cabinets, carpets were not clean at all.

Ok place

This condo suite was ok. Room for four of us and we were able to use the kitchen. However was not “condo on the beach”. This place is located on the intracoastal waterway. There is a nice state park within walking distance and the real beach is about 20 min walk but doable.

Pictures were very kind

The property location was great, and the hotel it is in is very nice, but they make it very clear that hotel guests get service and the owners (renters) dont get housekeeping or anything if they are out. The room could use some maintenance and maybe clearer information on what to do if we need bedding, or towels, or to check the dishwasher if there was no glasses. Couch bed had no blankets or pillows, and I was not totally sure if the sheets were clean on it. All silverware and cups in the cabinets were dirty. Not till our last day did we realize there was a dishwasher full of clean items. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was pretty quiet so that was nice.

Okay place to stay

The location of the property was great. There is a lack of upkeep to the actual apartment as it is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. The apartment was pretty rundown and not the cleanest. The balcony grossed us out as there was avocado smeared all over the floor so we didn’t even want to go out there. The owner was very responsive and the property was very nice as well as location but not sure I’d stay here again.
