The apartment includes dedicated working space with wi-fi, connected smart TV, large walk-in closets, and high ceilings. All NEW appliances throughout: A/C units in every room, remote controlled ceiling fans, hot water tank, washer & dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Patio overlooks the canal and private pool with palapa. Rental comes with free access to the club house with tennis courts, gym, spin room, lap pool, and resident-only restaurant. $2,500/month, utilities are not included. Minimum 6 months lease, deposit and a first month rent due at signing of rental agreement. No smoking, no pets. All applicants are subject to credit and background check.
