We are located right downtown, half a block from the Kimberley Platzl. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores and pubs. The entrance to the new 28k paved bike path connecting Kimberley to Cranbrook, the swimming pool and arena are all just blocks from the house. The ski hill, Nordic trails and the Kimberley Nature park are all within a 5 minute drive.
The house is 2700 sq ft of living space with a carport and has been fully renovated including granite countertops and hardwood floors. There are two great decks; the front deck over looks Mark Creek; the 2nd deck is 20ft by 24ft great for a BBQ or Entertaining.
