5 Bedroom Character House - Downtown Kimberley w/2 private decks and hot tub

HOT TUB ON THE BACK DECK!!
We are located right downtown, half a block from the Kimberley Platzl. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores and pubs. The entrance to the new 28k paved bike path connecting Kimberley to Cranbrook, the swimming pool and arena are all just blocks from the house. The ski hill, Nordic trails and the Kimberley Nature park are all within a 5 minute drive.

The house is 2700 sq ft of living space with a carport and has been fully renovated including granite countertops and hardwood floors. There are two great decks; the front deck over looks Mark Creek; the 2nd deck is 20ft by 24ft great for a BBQ or Entertaining.

Inside Bike storage, room for golf club, skis.

Quick drive to Kimberly to ski and a soak afterward in the hot tub. Easy to walk downtown. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We had a great stay!

We love spending a few days at this property as it was offers lots of space and an incredible location to get to a number of great golf courses in the area. It also sits beautifully on the creek that runs through Kimberly, directly across from the square that has several excellent restaurants and bars.

Brian was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any questions. The house was large and comfortable for our group. It is not located on the hill, but it is a very short drive up and is close to all amenities in town.

The property couldnt be situated in a better spot. Steps from the town centre, the Distillery and Brewery...Ideal! Being able to sit out next to the river in the morning was pretty cool too...Had a fantastic stay for a boys golf weekend. Thanks Brian.

Great location

Really nice place. We were 8 adults on a golf trip and the location to the golf courses and downtown Kimberly was perfect. The house had lots of room and the back deck was really nice and large. Out front there was a smaller deck with lots of places to sit and watch the sunset as the creek flowed past. Really enjoyed our stay. I thought that the pinball machine in the basement was a nice touch.

Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing stay here. The home was beautiful and had a ton of outdoor and indoor space. Perfect location for exploring the Platzl and the great shopping and dining Kimberley has to offer. Would 100% recommend.

This house was a perfect pick for a mini family reunion. The location made it easy for all interests to be satisfied to explore the beautiful area and lovely town. The rooms were spacious. New Year’s Eve getaway

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the property, and all we can all say is “wow”. The home was beautiful and spacious enough for our entire group. A few nice perks: - pinball machine (our high score to beat was 74, 000) - hot tub on the deck (used for apres ski days / happy hour) We would highly recommend this place for anyone in staying in the area.

New Year Getaway

This place was perfect for our extended family vacation. The location was great for everyone: close to town for those who don't ski, close to downhill skiing and close to the Nordic Centre. The home was so clean, the beds were really comfortable, the hot tub was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked. We were a group of 9 and we never felt crowded in this house. The owners were so easy to deal with and they even allowed us some extra time to check out (which we were very grateful for). We will definitely book this place again. HIghly recommend!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this house was great, the layout, the amenities, the beds and rooms, and especially the location. We were there with 6 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of places to be together, and enough to be apart as well. The house cooled down nicely in the evening, which was a concern, as the high temperature was 30+ every day. We would definitely use it again, and recommend it to friends.

We needed a place in Kimberley that was big enough to hold our whole family. We recently bought the house next door to allow for expansion. ;^>

What makes this property unique

The central location allows us to walk, hike or ride from the house to the many trails and paths that Kimberley has to offer. Quite often we will park the car upon arrival and not use it again until we have to leave.
