Perfect location for Spring Training Baseball - Nice walk to Surprise Stadium!!! Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within a short driving distance. The pool and onsite gym were pleasant additions to our extended stay. Outstanding communication and responsiveness from the property host the entire time!!!

Noelle was a great host, and the property is very nice and in a location that was perfect for us. Lots of great amenities included. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is the WIFI. We had multiple people working remotely, and it was decent for them during the day. However, trying to watch sports (Olympics!) in the evening led to frequent buffering. Overall though, this was a great home!

We have attempted to have it looked into but unfortunately we have received no assistance on why the internet in our area lacks. We will continue to work with the city. This property is beautiful, furnished with quality furniture and taken care of. While it is further from the metro centers of Glendale and Phoenix, there are multiple options to get you quickly to your preferred activities. There are food and shopping options nearby, but the property is situated in a secured neighborhood which was very quiet and peaceful.

Impeccable Property, Amenities, and Service

My family travelled to Phoenix for a family funeral, and being able to stay in a convenient, comfortable, well-appointed home helped make our stay pleasant and stress-free. The house is spacious, conveniently located, and works well for multiple couples to sleep comfortably. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus for 5 people getting ready to go places at the same time.
