Gorgeous house in the best area of Mesquite with private pool and hot tub! Just minutes from golf courses and Casinos. This patio is to die for!!! 3 good sized bedrooms with a great common space.
1 King, 2 Queens, 4 rolling cots, 2 floor mattreses. Cots and floor mattresses can be put anywhere they are needed.

*** pool not heated Nov-Feb (pool can always be used, it just might be cold depending on the weather). Please DO NOT book if this is a deal breaker for your group! The pool is mostly solar heated so weather will impact pool conditions during non summer months ***

Relax Outside: Covered patio, outdoor furniture, TV, BBQ, Outside fireplace, pool, hot tub!

The pool was extremely hot. Part of this trip was to be hanging out by the pool and enjoying the water, but the water was 104 temperature outside was 109 the lights in the pool did not work lights on the porch did not work.

This was the perfect place for the whole family to stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were awesome! Will definitely stay again if we head back that way.

Everything was perfect !

The stay was amazing! Had plenty of towels for guests, awesome back yard with pool an accessories. Felt very safe and comfortable here. Would highly recommend.

Booked this home for a weekend stay and was glad I did. The house is very nice, with comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were TVs in every room, a large TV with a Wii, and several board games.The backyard was a highlight. The pool was clean and had plenty of floats and a floating basketball hoop. Families with young children should know the pool gets deep fairly quickly, and during the summer the water is warm since it isn't cooled (as noted in the listing). The slide also gets very hot during the day but is great to use after sunset. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the pool lights, so a quick instruction would have been helpful.A couple of minor issues: the BBQ area could have been cleaner, and the Keurig coffee maker didn't work. Fortunately, there was a regular coffee maker, so we were still able to make coffee.Overall, these were small issues that didn't take away from our stay. We enjoyed the property and would happily stay here again.
