Listing details are vague. While this place was conveniently located to downtown it needs some extra cleaning, a little paint and detailing. Located near a train depot and you can hear the squeaky train at all hours. This would be a great place for a couple of guys to catch a game. Overpriced for what it was. Not happy that the price went up 300% just because it was a game weekend. Would not stay here again.

The location of this place is great! Easy on/off highway access, and the street parking is right in front, so it's very convenient. Host was helpful and easy to message. Really enjoyed our time there.

A good value. Spacious. Lacked some basic supplies, but I addressed that with the host so I presume that will be rectified. Would stay again.

For price it got job done. Pros are close to downtown, good parking. Cons, eletric outlets not working in one bedroom, little to no utensils, no extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Needs tlc overall.

Needed a place to stay for New Years Eve and it didn’t disappoint. A close Uber to our destination which was amazing. The place itself did the job for us.

Comfortable, easy, convenient location

Very nice place and I intend to stay here on future visits to Pittsburgh. The location is hard to beat, each room has its own mini-split heating/air-conditioning unit, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable. Exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, but that's not cheap to install in an older house. There is a window that can be opened.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The broiler drawer of the stove was filthy and unusable. The toilet base was moldy, and behind most doors were months of neglected dust. The small tan loveseat in the living room was so stained that we did not sit on it. Pictures were sent to the host who offered to send in a cleaning crew during our stay but refused to make a price adjustment for the dirty apartment that we found. Aside from these issues, a current exterior picture is needed to show the worn out chairs on the front porch that are no longer inviting or clean. Overall, we felt safe and had a place to rest our heads, but the unit is seriously misrepresented in the pictures.

This was definitely a budget stay at just over 100 a night. Pros:Each room has their own heating and air conditioner units that can be run independently so each person can be comfortable in their room. Beds were comfortable. Cost effective stayWell lit with lots of lightingEasy street parking at all timesElectronic lock was easy and it was great to not have to keep track of keys. Spacious apartment with plenty of room for our group of 3. The main reason it wasn't a five star stay was:The apartment is a bit run down compared to what the pictures show. While it was surface clean, it could really use a deep clean like baseboards scrubbed, water damaged ceiling tiles changed, and the sofas deep cleaned. Over all a decent place to stay on a budget!
