About this property

Our House at the Beach C-120 Corner Townhouse Unit!

Lake houses offer a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the Lake. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Each Lake House offers central A/C, ample closet and storage space, cable TV in each bedroom and garage parking for one car. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts.

This was a great stay for our family. The location was a great find for us on the beach. We had a great time, the beach was very popular and lots of people to meet and mingle with. The house was very convenient with all the spices and great condition cookware and utensils. Stocked very well and we all had a great experience. Great hosts. Great place to stay!

"Our House at the Beach C-120"

The apartment is very well located. Everything was very clean and it has all you need for a great stay. We've vacationed in the Sarasota area several times, and this has been the best apartment we've ever stayed in. We'll come back!!

The property was very nice & clean. The locations was great just short walk to the beach! The beach and bike stuff available to you was a awesome bonus. They had board games which we spent some of the rainy times playing which was great. The kids and i loved sitting on the porch/balcony looked at the sky as the sunset occurred. It was a great vacation spot! Everyone enjoyed the time spent there!

Amazing place

Was super clean, all the items you need for a great time at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. All utensils needed for cooking. Even a garage with easy access. Great books in the unit as well!! Very reasonable rate! Definitely be back!

Great Location and Plenty of Room!

The townhouse was in a great location just across the from the public beach access to one of the best beaches and softest sand I've ever been to. The unit itself had plenty of room for the four of us and could have accommodated another person or two. The unit was clean, had plenty of towels and had a dedicated garage with plenty of toys and chairs for the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the road is right behind this unit on two sides since it is on the far corner, so you could hear any noise from the road/traffic. Unfortunately, they repaved the road while we were there and it kept us all up for 2 nights even with ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper, come prepared!
