Drive minutes to reach Vail Ski Resort, where you'll find year-round outdoor fun. You'll also enjoy a convenient short walk to the Simba bus stop and access to the free bus system that'll take you to the Vail Transportation Center and Vail Village. From there, you can hop on a free in-town bus to take you to the ski slopes of Golden Peak, Lionshead, and Beaver Creek. Hike along scenic trails or visit the renowned Betty Ford Alpine Gardens - a must-see for any tourist visiting the area in the warmer months.

Sip morning coffee on the upstairs deck directly off the primary bedroom. In the afternoons, fire up the gas grill on the lower-level deck for a family cookout with a view.

Inside the living area, the fireplace invites you to unwind while you stream your favorite TV shows. While the chef in your group prepares meals, nibble on appetizers at the kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather at the spacious dining table. The upstairs bedroom has its own smart TV, a working desk with a printer available for your use, and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a regular shower and a soaking tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
