My wife and I moved to St Petersburg with our 4 kids in 2010 and have continued to fall in love with the area over and over again. We are small real estate investors that pour our heart and soul into every property we own. We seek to provide amazing experiences for all our guests.

Why they chose this property

I spent the first decade of my life in St Petersburg/Clearwater before moving with my parents to the Midwest. As an adult I loved coming back for short visits. Once we had kids my wife and I dreamed of relocating back to the St Petersburg area.
This is the home stole our hearts due to its proximity to several local activities we love! The entry way draws you in with its unique sculptured pillars walking up to the front door. The front porch/veranda with sitting is a classic for the area. The space flows very well and provided an opportunity for the perfect remodeling to transform this beautiful home into an amazing vacation rental!!
