The property was exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect. The house was well stocked with amenities and very comfortable for our stay. It was close enough to run into town easily and just far enough out that our evenings were nice and peaceful. I will definitely keep this place in mind for our next stay.

Very charming house. While the living room/kitchen combo was compact - it had all the needed appliances and sitting provided. The bed was very restful and the area quiet. The bathroom was typical older house design - small and contained all that was needed. Only item missing that we looked for was popcorn bowl. Very minor detail. Thank you hosts.

Amazing stay!

The hosts went out of their way to make everything wonderful. Lots of snacks and goodies were such a nice touch. They have thought of everything - - shampoo, conditioner, Q tips, lots of little things. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, well-kept property. Not a full house, but entirely adequate for our vacation. Well stocked for most amenities.Centrally located for northwest Georgia and especially Cartersville and its museums. Easy access to Georgia state historic sites, esp New Echota, Vann house, and Etowah Indian Mounds which are well maintained and interesting. These sites are what we came for.Note: close to Hamilton Crossing park which has ball fields, tennis/pickleball courts, two dog parks (one for large dogs, one for small dogs), water park and good walking paths where we took one of our daily walks.Covered parking was very handy, esp when we got caught in a summertime rain shower on the way home. Also kept the car from getting too hot.Thanks again, y'all!
