The Space:

The space is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with over 2,300 sq. ft located in the downtown area!



Downstairs you will find the primary bedroom with attached bath and king bed.



Upstairs, you will find the additional 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds and each will have an attached bathroom!



There is also a private attached garage for just one vehicle, plus driveway and street parking.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. Management will be available if needed.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the Napier neighborhood, a multicultural, and inner city neighborhood located in the heart of the city. This up and coming neighborhood has a mixture of new construction and older homes as several neighborhoods in downtown Nashville experience gentrification.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The shower is amazing and the kitchen was stacked with supplies needed for cooking. The host was wonderful and made sure our stay was easy and enjoyable. If there are any issues he goes above and beyond to fix it immediately. I would definitely stay again!

The place is nicer than I expected. The photos are completely accurate and we had a blast! Awesome place. Cheap Uber/ lift to everywhere. Definitely will stay here again

Nice, neat place! Easy access to downtown!

We had a great time in Nashville! The easy access to downtown and to I-40 was great! Check in and out was easy and Danny was very responsive to some questions we had when first arriving. Neighborhood is quiet with several homes close by having been upgraded and new construction on the corner. Definitely on our list to stay again when we return to Nashville.

Nashville here we come!

The home was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown. Some of the homes around looked pretty rundown in the neighborhood, but looks like they are slowly renovating the neighborhood which was nice. Several new builds like this home were scattered throughout the neighborhood. Nice and clean home.

Tennessee Central Railway

This property is aesthetically pleasing. However it was not clean (sheets stained), mattresses all had urine, blood and other stains, dirty baseboards, drawers with hair and other items in them. We were refunded the cleaning fee. There were only 10 towels for 12 occupants, no washclothes nor dish towels. After a call to the hostess, we did receive toilet paper, paper towels and sheets for the air mattress in the 4th bedroom(there is not a twin bed in this room as noted on the listing). Also we were awakened in the early morning hours from nearby gunshots. DO NOT go to the nearby Dollar General Store because they unlock the door for you to come in and unlock it as you leave!
