Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds but leave the sheets in the rooms. This way, it is easier for the cleaning team to know which sheets go back to which bedroom.
The first upstairs door leading to the patio must be locked from the outside. The key is in the closet. Pull the handle up and lock it, then remember to replace the key!
Please leave minimal towels for the cleaning team to handle.

Magnificent views from every single room in the house. Quiet and peaceful. Come relax and enjoy the pines. Cool off in the summer and experience the fall season with festivities for all holidays. Dogs are welcome but please beware of the javelina in the area. Keep your dogs on a leash when outside.
