Welcome to your home away from home in Deer Valley and Park City! This air conditioned (very rare) and heated unit is perfect for your ideal get away. Deer Valley Ski Resort is consistently Ranked among the top resorts in the country! Whether it’s the great terrain, the great snow, the lack of snowboarders, the unbeatable service or the phenomenal food that brings you, Deer Valley will not disappoint! Each bedroom has an ensuite bath and the tankless water heater ensures everyone gets a hot shower! You will love our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath 3000 sq ft newly renovated condo with wood floors and granite counter tops! The condo has plenty of space to help you enjoy all that the area has to offer, including a great playroom on the entry floor with a pool table, Luv Sac Bean Bag, XBOX and a game cube! Three of the bedrooms have Queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunks (four twin beds). There is a Flat Screen TV in the living room and in the playroom. This quiet end unit, nestled in the trees, is far enough away from the street to avoid any traffic noise, but less than a one minute walk in ski boots to the shuttle stop. The condo is located in the high frequency shuttle stop area on Deer Valley drive, so shuttles average once every 7 minutes year round, and we are usually the last stop before the slope! If you are feeling energetic it is less than a 10 minute walk to either downtown Park City or the base of Deer Valley. The unit is at about 7,000 feet elevation, which is well below where most people would suffer from altitude sickness! Additionally, there is a central humidifier to help avoid the discomfort from the dry climate!

After skiing, you can soak in the private hot tub (with views of both Deer Valley Resort and the sunset) or sled down the adjacent hill. There is a professional grade boot dryer that dries 6 pairs of mittens and boots at one time that is adjacent to large cubbies that hold all of the winter gear! It is wonderful to have a ski vacation without all of the jackets and pants underfoot! The heated garage accommodates two cars. We hope you decide to stay in our great condo! have a wonderful day!

Amazing Family Location

This home was very inviting for our family of four on a ski vacation. The location is second to none as we shuttled our kids at various times to Deer Valley ski school. We were afforded all of the comforts of home while also maximizing the vacation feel! We hope to visit again soon.

Very happy with our Sundance stay!

We stayed with a group of friends and our 3-year-old for the the film festival and were very happy on many fronts. The condo is spacious and comfortable and very well stocked with supplies and towels and linens. Less than a ten minute walk to Main Street, two minute walk to the bus stop and some nice little sledding hills down the street for the kiddos. Loved it!

Loved the town home for our family of 6. Photos are accurate; furnishings and fixtures lovely. Kitchen is well appointed. Our only issue was that we couldn't get the heater in the basement level to work, so the play/gaming area was too chilly to use. Owners were great to deal with. Overall a wonderful stay. Hot tub was a treat.

we really enjoyed this place. it would have been nice to have one more bedroom, just to fit our group better. But, if this was couples with kids, it really is a nice place and the perfect location. WE walked into town twice and found it a great way to go out to eat.

Fantastic Townhome for the Sundance Film Festival

A group of friends and I stayed at Dawn's lovely townhome in Deer Valley to celebrate my 30th birthday and to attend the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. The space was spacious, clean, and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable 5 day stay, and Dawn was flexible with our check in and check out times. What I loved most about her space was the large windows in the main living area! It snowed the weekend we were there and we woke up to this beautifully snow covered backdrop to complete our Park City trip. The home is only a 10 minute walk down to Main St., and there is a shuttle and bus stop right in front of the community. We will definitely be planning another trip to Park City next year and hope to stay here again!

great place with lots of room!

This town home is perfect because it has a lot of space. We went with another family and we all had room to either hang out together or have our own separate room. It was also perfectly clean and more than well stocked. We didn't need anything. I didn't realize it was so close to town and also the Deer Valley lifts. We also loved watching all the magpies in the back woods from the Living Room.

Great Utah Vacation Condo

Highest Recommendation!This is a great central location for all of the beautiful sites in Utah. My family stayed in this fantastic condo for a week in May and enjoyed the huge screen television in the basement, the deer and other wildlife that walked across the backyard while we were drinking coffee in the morning and how close the condo is to town and the Deer Valley lodge. We are planning to come back in the winter with our family.

Our family loves the great outdoors and all of the great activities that Utah has to offer. We have skied all over the United States and truly feel that Deer Valley is the best resort in the world. We decided to purchase our Deer Valley condo so that multiple generations of our family could come together and spend quality time. We hope our condo brings our guests as much joy and as many great family memories as it brings us.

Why they chose this property

Our property is uniquely positioned to aid our guests in enjoying all of the great activities that the area has to offer. The townhome's location just over 30 minutes from the airport is the first of many great features. It is just so simple to get here! We are between Park City and Deer Valley on the high frequency shuttle stop route. Shuttles to anywhere in the area are easy to catch. Additionally, it is very convenient to walk to either the base of Deer Valley or into downtown Park City. This helps alleviate any hassles of trying to park, and increases access to all of the great activities. The outdoor activities and active art community make Park City the perfect place to renew, relax and refresh! We hope our guests will love the area as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We want our condo to truly be a 'home away from home'. We made a significant investment to add several things to enhance our guest's vacation. First of all, we added a professional quality boot and mitten dryer, so that parents aren't spending their entire evening drying all of the boots and mittens, ensuring everyone start the next day with dry feet and hands. Additionally, we chose a location within easy walking, driving and shuttle access to everything so that getting around is a cinch. Because of our great location, guests are in the center of all of the winter and summer activities! We also run all of the locks by combination, so none of our guests are in the position of not being able to get into the unit. With the way the condo is set each individual can keep their own schedule and no one has to worry about coming back to the condo only to remember they have to track down the person with the key. Every time we come to the mountains, we would feel like a 'fish out of water' as the climate is so dry. Thus, we installed a central humidifier so the humidity stays at about 30%; we find that this significantly increased the enjoyment for all! No bloody noses from the lack of humidity! Additionally, this quiet end unit is nestled in the trees and the two story windows in the living room really give you the feel that you are in paradise! Finally, it is hard to top the top quality private hot tub with a view of the sunset, trees and ski slope!
