Dolly getaway

Great property and location. We were on a Dolly weekend and this was the perfect place. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back!

A Nice Place to Stay

This was a clean, quiet and convenient place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge. Easy check and and great communication from the owners. Awesome view of the river from the balcony.

Convenient and comfortable

I came here from Florida with my son and daughterto visit Dollywood and this was the perfect landing spot. Close to the parks, everyone had their own space with a full kitchen and 2 baths. We were very comfortable here. Definitely recommend this place.

Rod run week

excellent accomadations. registering a little complicated for an old lady, but owners excellently helped me through . only thing i would suggest is maybe living room furniture could stand to be replaced. Would definitely recommend if looking for a nice place to stay.

The condo is just as nice as listed! Housekeeping could have done a better job with mopping floors - feet got rather dirty walking around barefoot but overall very nice time! Everything was close by- neighbors were quiet! The layout of the unit is perfect for privacy!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

This condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The pictures really don't do it justice. It is also located right in the middle of everything, but one street back from the main road so you dont get all the noise from the street. I truly love it and will definitely book it again if it's available.❤️

Great location but condo needs a little tlc

Master tub had mold. Toilet seats need replacing. Living room coach needs replacing. We had to buy deodorizers because a sour wet bath rug had been left in master closet. Owners need to visit unit. No paper towels provided in kitchen and half the toilet paper that should have been in initial set up was not there. We had to clean ac filters as well.
