This was THE best trip we’ve had in a while even with a cancelled flight and tons of rain. The place was perfect for what we needed, great location and very clean. We will be repeat customers. Tanya & Melanie were so, so good to us. I’ll always be grateful.

If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it! It was our first time visiting the resort. We could not have chosen a better location. The property was just as described very clean and close to everything! The beach, restaurants and Seaside were literally a 1-5 min walk away. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. Tanya is the best. She responded quickly to every text and made sure we were taking care of.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just across the street from WaterColor and only a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was outstanding. Communication was prompt from the moment we booked, and they truly went above and beyond by providing detailed information and recommendations that made our trip effortless and enjoyable. The home itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. One of our favorite features was the outdoor porch. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax with family after a day at the beach or when enjoying coffee in the morning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this property again. If you're looking for a beautiful home in an unbeatable location with an exceptional host, this is it!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in WaterColor. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from booking through checkout. Top tier customer service! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully maintained, with plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was perfect…just a short walk across the street to the beach and WaterColor Beach Club, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. We especially appreciated how peaceful and convenient it was, making it easy to enjoy both the property and the surrounding community. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee and taking the short walk to the lake and boathouse. It is a beautiful walk! The shops and restaurants are just steps away from the condo. Seaside is just a short walk from the condo with so much to do as well. There is so much to do at Watercolor beach club that is a perk of staying here. You get access to all the Watercolor community amenities! These amenities are 5 star! I could continue to write more about our amazing stay so I’ll sum it up with all I have to say is 10/10 on this condo! We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return.

The accommodations were up to date plus tasteful, kitchen well equipped, abundance of towels, cloths etc., comfortable bed with quality bedding. Overall a perfect location and the porch/balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. So appreciative of the guest host - Tanya - ALWAYS available, sincere, pleasant and a delight! Plus, Jenni and her desire to have the condo ready when we arrived! Barb & Rod
