Being just 2 minute walking distance from the ocean, this home provides the perfect location, along with a cozy space for retreat. Being surrounded by multiple local's favorite restaurants, shops, and water sports, this home is sure to please your small group!

The bottom left unit is fully ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. This unit has a stocked kitchen and dining table perfect for 4. The cozy living room equipped with a sectional couch and 55" TV with streaming services is the perfect resting space between your hours in the sun and winding down your evening. The laundry room for this unit is located on the interior of the home.

Parking-
There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is directly in front of the home. You will park parallel to the road, one car in front of the other.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. The front door can be seen from the road.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

We stayed at this property as a family of four- myself, my husband and our 5 & 7 year old sons. It was just the right amount of space for us and we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to the beach and restaurants/shops. It was nice to have beach chairs & boogie boards available to use. The property was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Great spot on the beach- you don’t even need to put on flip flops to get from your front door to the sand. Space was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and answered all my questions promptly. Some great eateries just a few steps away including a custard shop, gourmet sandwich place with great espresso and a seafood restaurant that’s casual fine dining in quality of food.

Girls trip!

My sister and I went for a quick girls trip and we had the BEST time! The property was perfect! Great location, just the right size, right next to the beach!! It was super clean and very cute! We would definitely stay there again! They even got us in for an early check in!

Quick get away

For a two night stay the apartment work well for us. It's clean with two comfortable beds very close to the beach and small town center. There are a few restaurants and bars close to apartment within walking distance which is great for a quick get away.

Perfect location & Super Cozy!

We LOVED our stay! It was RIGHT next to the beach, right next to fun bars, restaurants and an amazing ice cream shop! And even though there are a lot of local spots right there, it didn’t keep us up at night. There were two beds, we only needed one but it was very cozy! Loved the cookware and that they had detergent and dryer sheets! Thank you so much for our lovely visit! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location!

We rented the apartment in April for Spring Break. It was clean, many kitchen amenities provided, parking for 2 cars right in front so we could see them, which is peace of mind, 2 minute walking distance to beach, and 30 seconds walking distance to shopping. We will absolutely search for this rental in the future.

This place was amazing, just a few houses down from the beach and you’re right next to a ton of restaurants, cafés, and bars. We never had a boring night. Excellent location about 100 steps from the sand. Close to restaurants and bars. Worried it might be noisy, but no issues. Unit was clean and cozy and included beach chairs. Good communication.
