Centrally located in Grace Bay, Anna's Villa is a 5 bed, 5 bath gated-property featuring a pool and large outdoor space. It’s the perfect villa choice for large families or groups, and the separate, detached guest house offers more privacy and seclusion.

This house was recently renovated and refinished. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, with an ensuite, spacious bathroom and also a private balcony. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, living room, and full, expansive kitchen.

Separately, the guest house features two bedrooms and a single shared bathroom, and is fully equipped with a kitchen and living room.

Nearby, the restaurants of Coco Bistro and Cocovan can be found less than a 4-minute walk away, and the popular Graceway Gourmet supermarket is a few minutes’ drive away.

Family trip

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. It was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and responded in a timely manner for anything we needed. We have 4 adult children so the house and guesthouse was perfect for our family. We would for sure stay again if we return to Turks

Great location and amenities!

Comfortable, clean and secure property in a quiet neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were very happy to have our own designated chairs and umbrellas. Our group of ten adults was very pleased with Anna's Villa!

The Perfect Vacation

This property was every bit as amazing as it's advertised. It was clean, well-appointed, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly attentive, it was cleaned mid week, and every question or concern we had was answered immediately by the polite and attentive staff. We had beautiful beach spaces set up for us each day. Truly, a one of a kind stay!

Family vacation

Our family loves tropical destinations and this year we opted to explore TCI for the first time. This may very well have been the best destination and vacation we have ever had. The villa was superb, amenities generous, host was top notch, very friendly and helpful, the location was ideal. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Amazing Property

Anna's Villa was a welcoming and luxurious place to stay. With both the main house and pool house, there was more than enough room for all eight of us. The pool, outdoor bar/grill area, firepit and proximity to the beach made it the perfect large-group accommodation. The responsiveness of our laision was prompt. We will be back!

Wonderful!

What a great place! Property was so gorgeous and close to everything in Grace Bay. Was equipped with every household item you could think of and more! House also had a great security system. We were given a few contact numbers while staying at the house in case we had any questions or needed anything. Super helpful and very responsive. Sincerely appreciated the care! Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

Perfect for 2-3 families

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to accommodate our group. The guest house could easily accommodate a family of 4. Everyone had their own bathroom. They had everything you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap in pumps (though I always take my own-you wouldn’t have to). They supplied laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, paper goods, kitchen baggies, just to name a few. A fully functioning kitchen with hot and cold filtered water. Smelled so good and was very clean. They had several goggles, flippers and snorkel sets. I say all this because I brought all of these things and didn’t need to. We didn’t have any issues other than the upstairs balcony door wouldn’t open. The lock had broke and a new door knob and lock were replaced almost immediately. Being gated made us feel even safer! We would absolutely stay at Anna’s Villa again. It was a very short distance to the gorgeous beach where we always had chairs and umbrellas waiting. Very close to a grocery store, gas station and eating/shopping district. You will love this beautiful inviting villa!
