It advertises sleeping for 4. The sofa bed was the worst i have ever seen. Sleeping on it was impossible. After one night we checked out and the owner refuses to reimburse for the two nights not used.

Beautiful scenery. Looking right at pikes peak from entrance door. Cute cozy home and right in the middle of town so everything was close by.

A lovely place to stay in Woodland Hills

This was the perfect vacation stay for me and my son while we were in the area. The host was very helpful and communicative; the property was in a good location, not far from restaurants and shopping area. And the house itself was spotless and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic rental!

My husband & I loved staying here for a week. The location was perfect for us and the tiny house was PLENTY spacious for the two of us! Bathroom wasn’t too small & kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient to so many things to do!

Quiet/peaceful

Very comfortable and homely. Good midway point to all trails we wanted to visit. Host went above and beyond by leaving us some supplies available for our use. Very dog friendly hosts.

Loved the way it looked. But The floors were so dirty I couldn’t walk barefooted. There was no mop available. With no air conditioning the windows were very important. The living room windows only 1 out of 3 worked. 1 was totally frozen shut, 1 would open but wouldn’t stay up. We found something to prop it half way open. And the upper windows 2 out of 4 didn’t have screens. 2 of the window shades were broken. It would be a great place if it had a little maintenance done. Also the handle on the oven was about to fall off.

Loved it!

We were traveling from Pagosa Springs to Colorado Springs to have surgery for our dog and needed a place to crash. The place was just as described in the listing. Cute, comfortable, clean. Want to give an extra thank you to the host! Totally recommend!

Tiny home

It was ok great place but checking and and communication was way off. Please don’t try to get a package delivered they’ll disappear then when you mention it to the property manager they’ll tell you need to ask for permission to get amazon packages even though your renting the property for five or more days. Enjoy =)
