Welcome to The Dancing Deer, your Blue Ridge home away from home! Located just 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge & Mercier Orchards, this 5bd/4ba 2900 sq ft non-smoking cabin in the woods is conveniently located to shopping, wineries, and adventure areas. Private, peaceful, and quiet, our cabin is the perfect spot for drinks around the fire pit or coffee by the outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Explore the six acres down to the creek, unwind in the hot tub, or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool!

The Dancing Deer is a modern rustic cabin that features a master suite on the main level with a king-sized bed and bathroom with a double vanity and soaking tub/shower combo. The master includes a flat-screen TV and nightstands with built-in electrical and USB ports. It opens up to the extensive rear deck with plush rocking chairs, a farmhouse dining table, and cozy conversation set beside the wood-burning fireplace. Also on the main level are two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. They share a full bathroom.

Enjoy game and movie night in the basement common area that includes a pool table, a large sectional with a 75-inch ultra-high definition TV, and a wet bar with built-in ice maker, beverage cooler, and microwave. Board games, cards, puzzles, and books are also provided. Two additional bedrooms—a king and queen—and two full bathrooms complete the basement level.

The Dancing Deer features a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cooking and grilling utensils, a blender, toaster, tea kettle, fire pit skewers, new pots and pans, and baking dishes. We’ve thought of everything right down to serving platters, charcuterie boards, and cheese knives for holiday family dinners. And no kitchen is complete without a coffee bar. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to get your vacation started.

The Blue Ridge area has so much to offer those who love the outdoors. Kayaking, horseback riding, and hiking are just a few of the many outdoor adventure options. If you prefer a more low-key vacation, there is no shortage of boutique shops, wineries, and restaurants in and around downtown Blue Ridge and her sister cities of McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN. However you prefer to spend your time, the Dancing Deer is central to it all!
