Best views in Mauna Lani Point.Pool and BBQ setup was great. Ten minute walk to beach club.The walk to the hotel was farther than expected.But a really great location and high quality condo.Check in/out service was easy. Unit was clean and well supplied with beach towels. Large washer/dryer was a plus.Easy to communicate with property manager when we had a question.We will stay at this unit again.

The views hit you as soon as you walk in the front door and the mirrored walls just continue the view....... This place is perfect for kids as you can walk out and there is a huge yard for running around. Plenty of supplies in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. I highly recommend this unit for families. The pool-hot tub and cook out area are also fabulous!

Beautiful view!

We had a great stay. Absolutely stunning view that can’t be beat. Huge green space, great for bocce or football. Nice location to walk to the black sands beach or beach club. The unit is comfortable and clean. Well equipped for the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Such a lovely time!

Great location - literally right on the water and the property had a nice pool my daughter loved. The condo was super spacious and we were so comfortable. Property manager was super responsive for the little things that needed attention. Would 100% come back.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo with a stunning view of the grounds and the ocean. The furnishings are high quality, comfortable and inviting. The spacious bedrooms have comfortable beds and quality bedding. The kitchen is well appointed. There was a generous amount of snorkel gear, towels and beach chairs available to the guests. We enjoyed being close to the pool. We spent several lovely mornings at Mauna Lani Beach where we enjoyed great snorkeling.

Lovely stay

The views were beautiful, the grass and unit were perfect for our family. I’m really happy we chose to stay there. The hosts made sure we had all the supplies we needed including crib sheets and a baby monitor. Thank you!

Great Family Get-Away

The view is unbeatable! Every morning breakfast and coffee on the lanai, looking out over the beautiful tropical Pacific. Literally had a Nene family visit us one morning. The unit was lovely, albeit the 2nd and 3rd bathrooms need updating. Great blender and furnishings.

Lovely week in beautiful Mauna Lani Point condo. Perfect location on golf course and ocean. Beautiful setting with great views and awesome sunsets. Large, well equipped condo. Great location for walking , beaching and playing golf. Would return in a minute.

From the moment we walked in, the kids said "Wow, this is paradise". The views are second to none with plenty of grass in the backyard to enjoy the breathing sunsets. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Even the beach equipment included chairs, umbrellas, noodles and snorkeling gear. Access to the beach club was a definite highlight. Check in and communication was amazing. Highly recommend

Absolutely Stunning Views

We really enjoyed our stay at Mauna Lani Point. The home is probably the best location in the community with absolutely stunning views up and down the coast. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves crashing on the shoreline. The home has beautiful Koa furniture. The beach toys and bikes were a plus for us but the walk along to the coast to the beach club without having to drive was why we love Mauna Lani Point. We will be back!

Everything We Hoped For and More.We just got back from a family trip to the Big Island, four adults and an 11 year old, and stayed at Ocean Dream. It blew us away, from the views to the location to the house itself.The views: panoramic ocean vistas from nearly every room. Watching the sunset each evening quickly became the best part of our day. Photos don't do it justice.The location: genuinely unbeatable. Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 5 minute drive with parking available. We went around 8:30am for snorkeling and had no trouble finding parking or chairs. The neighborhood is gated, calm, and welcoming. The club pool was a huge hit for swimming as a family, and the snorkeling right at the beach club was amazing, plus more great spots nearby. 49 Black Sand Beach is also a 5 minute drive, parking is limited but our early morning outings made that a non issue. We loved being close to genuinely delicious restaurants, and the bikes provided made exploring even easier.The house: spotless the entire stay and fully equipped, from beach gear to a well-stocked kitchen, down to the smallest details.The host: quick to respond, clear instructions, great local recommendations.Bottom line: this is the kind of place that makes a trip memorable. Every need we had was exceeded, and we'd go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to any family looking for an oceanfront stay on the Big Island.

Pro: view and access to Beach Club parkingCon: - too many steps; 3up then 12 down even tho it's ground level; no elevator; difficult for handling luggage and groceries- not well maintained: 1/2 of automatic blinds not working; sofa aged compared to picture on ad; all outdoor cushions dirty; not enough glasses/plates/containers for 5 people so constantly running dishwasher; landscaping not maintained in front porch area; patio in back gets dirty from birds; sliding glass doors dirty; shower door in 2nd master doesn't close; left hot water faucet in master too hard to turn on- asked to do towel laundry and trash takeout on last day even though paying for cleaning service

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While there are steps to the front door, once in the home you can easily walk directly out of the unit to the beautiful grounds and walk around. The home sleeps 7 and there are glasses and dishware for 7 as well as ample Pyrex and Rubbermaid plastic containers. We wish that we had been given the opportunity to take a look at these items listed while you were in the home. Had you mentioned them we would have been more then happy to assist. The departure items are just a suggestion and not mandatory. Again, thank you for the feedback, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the view as well as the beach club access.

Great place to stay!

Amazing condo, I highly recommend it. We’ve stayed in Puako area before, and this was our favorite place so far. The home location provides easy access to shopping and dining. The kitchen is well stocked, with plenty of room for everybody to enjoy. We made use of the access to the beach club that comes with the home, this gave us the feeling of having hotel amenities. It’s a great family atmosphere. We also snorkeled right out the back door, off of the 15th hole, amazing. Teens with us used the bikes included with the home, they liked the freedom to explore the bikes gave them. Note, there are stairs down to the front door, which maybe an accessibility issue for some, once in the home very accessible.

Great Location

This condo is in a good location, we loved having a walkout patio onto the lawn. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having all of the beach items available. The grill area and pool are close and well maintained. We had a few maintenance issues. They were addressed by the property management company. The property is becoming dated, especially the bathrooms. The kitchen has been remodeled. While the condo was generally clean when we arrived it could use a good deep clean. We are happy with our stay and would consider staying here again.

Beautiful property!

We loved our stay at Ocean Dream. The condo is beautiful (especially the Primary Bed/Bath and kitchen). All the bedrooms have a view of some kind. The lanai has just amazing views of the ocean and golf course. We only saw one person ever walk on the grass in front of us. Great area. We went in February and there were TONS of whales you could see from the lanai (so bring your binoculars). The pool was nice. Short walk (or drive) to a great little beach that you have access to. Free lounge chairs, no waves and the snorkeling is pretty good (if you go out a bit). Nice bathrooms and showers there too. Beach 49 is also a short drive and a good beach. All in all, a great vacation especially if you're looking to relax and chill.
