This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

This property has been meticulously remodeled. The interior is now complete and the exterior is still undergoing a remodel. Feel free to use the exterior, however, many of the features (hot tub, garden area, etc. are not complete yet).

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is within minutes of Fayetteville. There are several locations within walking distance, including The Boardwalk (food truck court), Dollar General, a convenience store, Pandora's Bottle and Marco’s Pizza restaurant. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit while providing a perfect place to stay for an unforgettable vacation or a productive work trip. We have a guidebook that will help you locate the many things that NWA has to offer once you arrive.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, we hope you will feel at home in our vacation rental featuring a large living room with three sofas and 65” Smart HDTV. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all rooms.
