Private cabin overlooking Lake Cascade. This cute two level home has four bedrooms and three baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a slide out twin-sized trundle and a retro gaming system -perfect for kids!
You`ll be just 15 minutes away from Donnelly and 30 minutes away from McCall. Valley County is home to Idaho`s best ski resorts; Tamarack Resort and Brundage Mountain. You`ll be minutes from the Cascade City Boat Ramp on Lake Cascade. Cascade offers a local movie theater, grocery store, ice cream, coffee and clothing shops and a flea market open throughout the summer. In the winter you`ll have access to renowned ice fishing, snowmobiling trails and other winter activities.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

Great location and plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood yet very close to Cascade and the Marina area. Wonderful view and very nice beds - comfy mattresses! Fun trip!
There was plenty of room for all of us, we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. The indoor game room is a bonus during the cold winter nights!
This house was amazing. So spacious and wonderful location. Sitting in the hot tub with a view of the lake and mountains was heaven. The kids loved the pool table, basketball game, and the huge bean bags. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, play games, etc. Highly recommend!
The perfect location and amenities for our group of friends! We were all 21-28 years old and had enough space to comfortably sleep and relax. When we weren’t at the lake, the house was the perfect place to chill, play pool, and grill some burgers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication of the property manager!
Home was fun with the pool table and the hot tub was relaxing. Overall the house had plenty of room and nicely updated bathrooms. Living rooms could use some curtains and listing could use updated photo of view of lake with new construction blocking the view. There was deer in the neighborhood and even in the back yard that was great to watch. Would take my family to stay here again!
Very nice place to stay. Well equipped. Could have had more spices like salt and pepper available and we never did see a guest book with the wi fi password but overall it was very good.
Our family of 11--three generations worth--had a wonderful stay. The home appears modest on the outside while the inside is spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were classily updated, kitchen spacious and well equipped, lots of room for family activities, and the deck overlooking the lake with its mountain backdrop was worth the price of admission. We enjoyed so many other activities in the area we didn't even get to the hot tub.
The place was as expected. It helped entertain my family and friends for my birthday weekend with the hot tub and pool. We could not find the fire pit since it was covered in snow. We didn’t know if there was a grill until we got there even if the online listing stated grill instructions. But the host was very responsive and helpful so the stay was definitely worth it. The trash compactor was not emptied when we got there though.
House was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time staying there.
The only bad thing I can say is that it wasn’t very clean. From the dead bugs on the shelves with the clean dishes to the popcorn chunks under the couch where we could see. Just needs an actual deep clean and it would be perfect for the next family.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend.
Beautiful Home located next to lake golf coarse and town. The Home was well equipped with everything we needed, including bed bath and kitchen utilities. The pool table is missing the eight ball and the outside BBQ did not work but it was not a big deal considering the overall satisfaction our group experienced otherwise ---
We caught our limits of trout at nearby Horse Thief Reservoir everyday !!! Came back to the rental and enjoyed great home cooked meals Jacuzzi and Television. The home was wonderful, the beds were great and the location was perfect ..... if your going to Cascade .... This place wont disappoint you !!

Property wonderful except electronic difficulties
Property itself wonderful, no notebook to help work the problematic electric stove on site and very spotty internet connection which proved problematic as well.
Overall, our group of 12 enjoyed this property. It's in a great location, there's plenty of beds, property managers respond when you call and the views are gorgeous. The only problems we had was one our day the basement flooded. Because of that one of the rooms was wet and musty most of the time and so was the carpeted garage with the pool. The only other downfall is that some of the appliances needed to be replaced or fixed such as the ovens and the stovetop. The ovens wouldn't close completely for us and the stove top two of the burners worked for us. However, when I called about the flooding they quick did respond and brought us some snail fans. The house was ready on time with enough toiletries to last us for the week and the driveway was cloud by the time we got there. Overall I would go to this house and use their properties again.

Great Location
Lots of room, kitchen adequate, beds were great, Hot tub good, Parking good. Close to stores. Seating comfortable.
Accessibility to the property was easy.
Shaky porch handrail. Porch deck was splintery. Dining room and sun room tables were wobbly. Upper bedrooms way too hot. Dishwasher top drawer kept derailing. Master bedroom window screen with hole. Master bedroom ceiling fan and ceiling light could not be operated independently. Nosing on the first step up from the interior front door landing creates a laceration hazard.

The porch handrail, decking, tables, dishwasher drawer, and window screen have all been addressed, and we will review the fan/light controls and entry step to ensure everything is in good order for future guests. For the upstairs bedrooms, the home has air conditioning and ceiling fans to help manage temperature when used properly.
