Had a wonderful stay here! Place was clean, cozy and close to Sofi stadium. Would highly recommend if you’re in town for a concert.

The room itself was lovely but there was some high confusion when I checked in. I followed the instructions to a t just for the keys to be missing in the lockbox and someone (who is a permanent resident come to find out) is in the unit already. The actual address changed twice before the manager on duty helped us in a unit for the duration of our stay. Besides logistics issues the units were nicer than expected and had everything you needed.

Overall, our stay was okay. We primarily used the home to sleep and get ready, and we ended up leaving Friday night rather than staying through Saturday morning.One area that could have been improved was communication around check-in. I had to reach out to the host around 6–7 PM that evening to ask for the check-in instructions. Fortunately, my flight was delayed, so it didn’t cause a major issue, but I would have appreciated receiving the instructions around the scheduled 3 PM check-in time.The night of the J. Cole concert, my friends came to pick us up and parked in front of our car while they came inside for about 10 minutes as I got ready. We were later told a tenant had complained that we were blocking their car. We had actually spoken with a tenant outside and asked if we were blocking her, and she said no and that she wasn’t going anywhere. Regardless, the interaction made us feel uncomfortable, so we decided to leave that evening and stay with our friends.We were respectful of the property and followed the check-out instructions, including stripping the bed sheets and completing everything requested. There were several signs throughout the home regarding house rules. I understand having expectations for guests, although some felt a little more particular than what I’m accustomed to, such as placing a towel over the pillow if using hair products.Overall, the stay was fine for what we needed, but based on the overall experience, I personally wouldn’t stay again.

I had such a lovely stay! The property was clean, well stocked, new appliances, close to stores and activities! The host is very responsive and caring! I will definitely be staying here again!

Great amenities, very nice kitchen and bathroom, spacious shower and comfy bed. A/C works well. Nice quiet neighborhood at night. Felt safe walking around. Some good food around and close to LA, SoFi, parks, and beaches. Off street parking was spacious and safe. All around a great stay, will keep this place bookmarked for next time.
