Enter directly into the driveway with covered parking for 2 cars surrounded by a beautiful desert landscaped garden.

Upon entering the home you`ll come directly into the living room appointed with everything you`ll need to maximize your comfort during your stay. A large sofa wraps around the room with more than enough seating for all guests. TV sits directly on the fireplace perfect for viewing and any cold nights here in the valley.

Kitchen has been completely updated with new appliances throughout. Fully stocked with all cooking essentials for any meals you may prepare during you stay with us.

Game room features a pool table, dart board, NBA Jams & Golden Tee arcade games & a bar area with additional seating and TV!

Three bedrooms offer ample sleeping arrangements & privacy when needed. The master features a king bed & bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has 2 full beds & the third bedroom features a queen. All bedrooms have TV`s & plenty of space to spread out. Game room sofa has a full sized pullout sofa sleeper.

Backyard is fully fenced for added privacy & features a pool (heating optional), BBQ grill, lounge chairs & outdoor furniture perfect for dining and enjoying our famous Arizona sunsets!

You`ll have access to the entire home & premises.

Quiet and quaint neighborhood near Old Town Scottsdale. Close to some of the best dining in the city & Fashion Square Mall.

Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area.

Pool Heating is available for $45/day. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

The pool is heated to 90 degrees & takes several hours to heat up, so pool heating should be ordered at least 48 hours before arrival or the temperature cannot be guaranteed. While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.
