Sunrise at stocked pond (bass) lighted piered gazebo for fishing & dining @ night. Outdoor green space enhanced by gorgeous diving pool, pergola & deep woods picnic area. RV hook up, 15ft windmill for gorgeous sunset.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put the trash and recycle out in to the respected bins outs by the driveway. Gather all used towels and load them into the washer. Start cycle before check out. No more than 6 large towels per load.
Turn off all taps and faucets. Drain all faucets and bath tubs.
Turn off all lights, fans inside annd outside the house. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Electricity Usage Turn off all outdoor electrical outlets, switches / lights no later than 11 PM Turn off all electrical switches before check out.
Electricity Charges Electricity charges are fully paid upto $200 per month. Any usage above $200 will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.
Propane gas charges are fully paid upto $200 / month - Nov to Mar. Any usage over $200 / month during this period will be guests responsibility to pay

The house was spacious , a lot of house if its just 2 people. This house had what I was looking for a private pool and a pond to fish. The location of the house made the pool hard to stay clean due to recent rain and bear by trees. I had to clean the pool before getting in. Once cleaned, I enjoyed it very much. We also found a purple glued on nail in the living room and a used tampon in one of the bathroom trash bins. There were bugs in the ac vents. I felt that the house needed to be vacuumed and cleared of any visible bugs dead or alive. Overall, it was peaceful and I enjoyed my time in the pool and my hubby caught a fish at the pond. We also enjoy the 6min distance to the Farmersville historic downtown shops.
