Turn off all lights, fans inside annd outside the house. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Electricity Usage Turn off all outdoor electrical outlets, switches / lights no later than 11 PM Turn off all electrical switches before check out.
Electricity Charges Electricity charges are fully paid upto $200 per month. Any usage above $200 will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.
Propane gas charges are fully paid upto $200 / month - Nov to Mar. Any usage over $200 / month during this period will be guests responsibility to pay
