About this property

3-BR Getaway: Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining!

We are excited to present our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom ranch-style home that has everything you need!

The primary bedroom has a spacious design and a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. All of the bedrooms have locally-made mattresses. There is also a pack-and-play available for young children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. You can sit down to a meal at the oak dining table, which seats six people.

Outside, you will find a vinyl pergola-covered patio with a six-person outdoor dining set and a gas grill. There is also a 4-person hot tub located under the pergola, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Holmes County.

The guesthouse offers fast Wi-Fi (300mbps+) and a 50-inch, 4K Roku TV with an electric fireplace in the living room.

For your convenience, we have installed a Schlage smart keypad lock that is programmed to the last four digits of your phone number. The access codes are deleted after each guest's stay.

At our properties, we offer self-check-in for the convenience of our guests.
But don't worry, we're only a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay.

The parent company, Tranquil Acres Cabins was started in 1998 by the Miller family.

In 2006 it was bought by Jesse & Dorothy Steiner and has been operated by the Steiner Family ever since.

Before the Steiner family acquired Tranquil Acres, we were involved in Agriculture for generations, something that you will still see on small scale here today, as we still have a working mini-farm here on the 56-acre property where we have sheep, goats, Scottish Highlander Cattle and a small flock of chickens.

We strive to be a place of refuge, respite, and relaxation for all guests, regardless of who our guests are.
