The villa was clean, well stocked, very well decorated, amazing view from the kitchen, and the king bed was comfortable. The bathrooms need updating, and the overall building needed lots of maintenance. For the price, I expected a bit more. The elevator was unpredictable. It worked part of the time.

We appreciate the honest feedback and are glad you found our villa to be clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We're also happy you enjoyed the ocean views. However, we are sorry for the inconsistent elevator service (not typical) and are passing along your bathroom and building suggestions. We haven't heard these from any other recent guests, but are sharing them with the property owners. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us!

Beautiful property and we would be happy to return. We had our mom join us, and rails on the walls for the steps are a recommended consideration.

Beautiful place and view!

We enjoyed our time! The home was very clean and well stocked. Its beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We would love to stay again, except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While everything is impeccably done it’s very important that mattresses are comfortable! Putting memory foam on top of bad mattresses does not make for comfort. It’s our only complaint because everything else was so perfect!

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our stunning Beach Walker condo! We agree that the views are outstanding and we appreciate you sharing that you thought it was "very clean" and fully equipped. Also, thanks for letting us know your thoughts on the beds. We are passing along your feedback to the owners for their consideration. We have not heard that feedback before and the guest who stayed right before you actually commended the "comfy beds" but we will inspect them and let the owners know. Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you will stay with us again, whether here or at another lovely property in our Destination Amelia portfolio!

NO PIRATES BUT PLENTY OF TREASURE!

A true Gem! Notwithstanding how absolutely beautiful Amelia Island is, this property sets the standard. Tucked away inside the Omni Resort, this property provides a quiet, peaceful and tranquil get away. The view of the ocean is second to none, and sunrises from the veranda are picture perfect. Sunsets are also amazing, just step out the front door and watch the day end as the sun disappears into the inter-coastal. The overall location is great with access to the Omni Spa, shops and restaurants inside the property. You are also two miles to the Harris Teeter grocery providing everything you need for your stay. The property was extremely clean, warm and welcoming! It presented exactly as described with a true beach house feel, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The property truly provides everything you need for any length of stay with family or friends. The property provided two very nice beach chairs, beach towels and a few other beach items that were a very nice plus. The complex has a very nice pool and seating area for use to accompany the beautiful beach. Covered parking space was nice and the complex offered both luggage trolleys and an elevator for quick access to the third floor. Finally, Destination Amelia and Traci were beyond nice and with outstanding communication. The local fudge and coffee welcome gift was wonderful surprise! Truly a 5 star property and highly recommended. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to AI.

This was our first time on Amelia Island and we will definitely be back! This property was meticulously clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and was the perfect size and location for our family of five (three teenagers!). The amenities on the Omni were spectacular, clean parks and paths and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Check-in process was seamless and communication top-notch, they anticipated our every need and responded usually with minutes (sometimes seconds!) to a request. Wonderful property.
